Revision Policy

Unless the applicable project agreement states otherwise, a standard project includes up to three organized rounds of revisions.

A revision round means one consolidated list of requested adjustments submitted after reviewing a deliverable.

Included revisions cover reasonable adjustments to work already created within the approved project scope.

• Text corrections and minor content updates.
• Reasonable color, spacing, typography, or layout adjustments.
• Corrections needed to match previously approved requirements.

New features, new pages, major redesigns, changed business requirements, replacement concepts, additional integrations, and requests made after final approval are not included revisions.

Additional work may require a new quote, change order, payment, and schedule.

Once a deliverable is approved, later changes may be billed as additional work unless they correct a defect covered by an express written warranty.
