Portfolio and Publicity Policy

When KAELIX may display completed work and how confidentiality requests are handled.

Portfolio Use

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, KAELIX may identify the client and display non-confidential portions of completed or publicly launched work in portfolios, case studies, social media, proposals, award submissions, and promotional materials.

Confidential Projects

Clients requiring confidentiality should request a written confidentiality agreement or portfolio restriction before work begins.

KAELIX will not intentionally disclose passwords, private customer data, unpublished trade secrets, payment information, or other clearly confidential operational information.

Credits

Any website credit or attribution will be governed by the applicable project agreement. A client may request removal of optional public credit unless a different arrangement was agreed in writing.
