Payment and Deposit Policy

Unless a written project agreement states otherwise, projects below $500 require full payment before work begins.

Projects priced at $500 or more generally require a 50% initial deposit before scheduling or development begins. The remaining balance is due before final launch, transfer, or delivery.

Deposits reserve development time and compensate KAELIX for discovery, planning, scheduling, administration, and initial work.

Deposits are generally non-refundable after work begins, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

KAELIX may pause work, withhold files, delay launch, suspend services, or reschedule a project when an invoice is overdue or a payment fails.

The client remains responsible for approved work completed before a pause or cancellation.

Online payments may be processed by Stripe or another approved third-party payment processor. Payment processors maintain their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and dispute procedures.
