Intellectual Property Policy

Until all required payments have cleared, KAELIX retains ownership of project code, designs, drafts, graphics, documents, configurations, files, concepts, and other deliverables created by KAELIX.

The client may not publish, resell, transfer, reproduce, or commercially use unpaid deliverables unless KAELIX provides written permission.

After final payment, the client receives the ownership rights or license specifically described in the project agreement.

Ownership does not automatically include KAELIX internal tools, reusable frameworks, general-purpose components, development methods, templates, pre-existing materials, or third-party assets.

Open-source software, plugins, fonts, stock media, APIs, themes, libraries, and other third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

The client is responsible for ongoing subscriptions, renewals, usage limits, and license compliance assigned to the client after delivery.

The client retains ownership of materials supplied by the client and grants KAELIX permission to use those materials as reasonably necessary to perform the project.

The client represents that supplied materials do not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.
